Who I coach
My passion for connecting to the Divine Feminine within myself has led me to work primarily with capable, deeply spiritual women who are looking to create more fulfillment in their lives. Given my personal background (See my bio page), I also highly enjoy working with individuals who are suffering from a chronic or life threatening disease. My coaching can be a powerful tool to foster a stronger mind/body connection as well as to help you create a healthy life that is more in alignment with your soul. How I coach
All of my coaching relationships begin with a 2.5 hour session, which can be explored both in person and over the phone, where I use Astrology, visualizations and powerful questions to help you discover and express what it is that makes you feel passionate about being alive. We then engage in three 30-minute sessions a month over the phone for a minimum of four months (12 sessions). It is in these sessions that I will listen to you and ask powerful questions in order to help you further explore and share what makes you so beautiful and unique. It is in your willingness to lead me to the core of your being, and your ability to receive the positive focus that I hold for you that makes this relationship so powerful.
